There is an interesting term used to describe a person: ‘He is driven’. Except no one ever thinks about who is the driver. Everyone is driven to some extent by someone or something. After the shell, we are less driven by our environment, but if at any point we experience an uncontrollable emotion, the protective effects wear off and we are once again driven by others. That is why it is very important for us to take over the steering wheel and learn to drive ourselves, which is precisely what we started doing with the first program: ‘luck’.
But it is not just you that needs to be programmed. Before the shell, your requests and demands had various degrees of success or failure, but now you understand that they were in a way dictated by the collective framework with its own agenda, which would also facilitate coordination and leniency when dealing with others. Now you are on your own. You have to learn to provide this coordination yourself. In a way you would use the same method as the collective unconscious uses, replacing its effects on other people with your own, temporarily.
Your moral compass alarm bells could be going off at this moment. Am I telling you that you should brainwash people without them suspecting anything? Sure, you could look at it that way, you could also look at it as if you play a role of a ‘liberator’. It really depends on what is the message that you are sending. If out of principle you choose not to influence people on this level, resorting to words and reasoning instead, they simply will not hear you the way you want them to, and will probably do the opposite. That was the case even before the shell. The elements of the collective unconscious will use the person’s emotions, trigger defensiveness and completely take out of context whatever it is that you are trying to convey.
So in most cases, when we do successfully change someone’s mind, we simply have to resort to some form of manipulation. We have to play by the rules of this invisible framework in order to have a chance at winning. We have to learn to constantly emit energy. Just like the famous saying ‘you have to spend money to make money’, We have to spend energy in order to be heard. A very important rule to remember and understand: It takes only a fraction of effort to solve a challenge on a subtle plane of reality than it does on the physical one. This is true for pretty much everything: health, gaining/removing habits, relationships, goals. By effectively emitting a specific program, you won’t have to say or do much, but other people will gain new ideas that they will think are a product of their own thought.
The Method
Similarly to how we have created a goal for our Luck program where we used our upflow, let’s now create one for the Effectiveness program, only this time using the downflow. Remember the people that need to be involved in your goal (or a type of person if you do not know the actual people yet) + focus and strengthen your downflow. Focus on what these people have to do + downflow. When/where + downflow. How are you going to feel after the goal is complete + more downflow.
You will notice that this process feels slightly different than building a goal for a luck program: when we use the upflow. Upflow is correlated with our emotions while downflow is our thoughts. When we paired the goal with our upflow it was very vivid and colorful, like a trailer for an adventure movie. This one is a bit pale in comparison. It almost feels like we quickly scrubbed the time slider and watched a whole movie in a minute, learning the plot without getting emotionally involved. You do not need to validate the goal for the effectiveness program with your base state since it is not really for you, but for the people that will help you reach your goal. Once you cycle a few times: who, what, how, where, when, how will that ultimately make you feel + downflow, try to once again visualize that goal on the subtle plane, pick any visual that you like.
Then, just like with the luck program, drag that representation into the center of your body and use it as a filter, this time for the downflow. It might not feel as natural as it did with ‘luck’. If that is the case, try getting up in the subtle while sitting in physical, and drag the goal into the solar plexus of the subtle, then merge again by sitting down in subtle or getting up in physical. As you talk to people just start emitting. Just like in the shell exercise, picture an arrow below your navel and aim it at the other person as you ‘project’ your goal during the conversation. The initial downflow pressure must be quite strong to be registered by the other person subliminally. At this point, you no longer need to supervise the process on the energy level.
There are three rules to remember with the effectiveness program:
- One goal at a time. You can only do so much, and the goals need time to come to fruition
- The goal has to be formulated in a positive key (no negatives). Thinking: ‘I do not want you to be angry’ is not the same thing as thinking ‘I want you to be happy’
- It will be hard, but DO NOT try to improve the effectiveness by verbally communicating your intent. otherwise, you will simply trigger defensiveness and the whole exercise will go to waste. Please remember, the collective framework that this person belongs to most of the time, does not care about your goal, and is going to fight for its resources, so please make sure that it remains oblivious to your plans. Talk about anything you want just not about the goal.
