practical ways to strengthen your energy

Sit comfortably and place your arms on your laps with palms facing each other about half a meter apart. Remember how we focused on our body parts in previous exercise. Now focus on the palms and fingers. Ensure that you are completely focused and not distracted by anything. Start breathing deeply, and as you do that, start to slowly move your hands closer together. At a certain point, you should feel resistance. You can also try to move your hands back and forth slightly as if you are fluffing a pillow.

Energy Ball

The feeling is slightly different for everyone, but it would usually include warmth, resilience, weight and/or a tingling sensation in your hands. The sensations would obviously not be as strong as an interaction with a physical object.

While performing this exercise you will probably ask yourself: Is this real or am I imagining it? It is neither, It’s just something that we can do, yet never find any use for. How it works is not as important as how to use it. Just like the device you are reading this from. What is important is the experience gained by constantly interacting with it.

Let’s try some advanced exercises. Feel free to come back to those later if right now they are challenging. Try moving the ball from hand to hand. Put it and pick it up from a table. Notice how when you lose your concentration, it is gone. Make another one, and place it into your chest. Note the sensations that follow.

If you are getting a bit of a cold, try placing a few of these in. Make another one and use it to massage the back of your eyes. Note how without any physical contact, your eyes feel refreshed after staring at the screen. Make another one and pop it by clapping your hands. Put your hands on your face and note the sensation. Do it to freshen up your look in the morning. Want to make a gift or a product more presentable? Make sure to add an energy ball to it.
