Practice Energy

practical ways to strengthen your energy

Last updated: Sep 19th, 2024

To begin, Let’s ask what it means to be a person. There are probably as many answers to this question as there are people. On one level, a person is a biological organism, akin to other animals. But this perspective alone fails to capture our uniqueness. On another level, we are social beings, capable of communication and cooperation. Yet, these abilities don’t fully define us, ants and bees can do the same. We are creative and tool-using creatures, but is that the essence of who we are? Perhaps our true nature transcends these definitions. No single external characteristic can entirely encapsulate what it means to be human.

What truly matters to each of us is our capacity to perceive, to think, and to feel. We absorb information from the world, sensing its energy while generating our own. We transform this external energy into something uniquely ours and, in turn, share it with the world. Through external information, we acquire knowledge, which we then project outward, enhancing our understanding of the world and our place within it. At our core, we are composed of energy and information, which guide the signals in our brains and the movements of our bodies. Essentially, we are beings of energy and information.

Now, consider the world itself. Is it not composed of similar elements? It is made of matter and fields, but it is energy that drives its motion. This energy propagates in non-uniform patterns, creating information through its movements. At the heart of all motion, regardless of its components, lies energy and information. The world operates according to the laws of energy and information.

A person, then, is an energy-information being within an energy-information world.

We interact with the world on various levels—physical, chemical, biological, and social—but all these interactions, regardless of their nature, are ultimately governed by the energy-information (EI) framework. As energy-information entities, we have the ability to sense the external world at the EI level.

The evolution of all living things, including humans, is a process of increasing complexity and integration of interaction between the energy-information essence of the organism and that of the world. If this interaction is harmonious, the living being thrives and achieves its goals. If the interaction is disharmonious, unnatural, or unbalanced, success becomes elusive.

Is it possible to boil water using electricity? Yes, if we have the right tools, such as an electric kettle. Otherwise, we cannot. The same principle applies to the EI dimension of the world. Only by respecting its laws and conditions can we achieve our desired outcomes.

As intelligent beings, we face two significant challenges in achieving harmonious energy-information interaction with the world:

Challenge #1

Our intelligence has led us to neglect the EI dimension of the world on a sensory level. We are not as adept at navigating this level as we are at perceiving physical objects. In early childhood, we are sensitive to energy, but as we grow, we stop paying attention to this aspect of reality because those around us do not acknowledge it. Animals, however, remain highly perceptive. They can sense a person’s mood, each other’s state, and even impending earthquakes. We, on the other hand, have strayed from our natural path, becoming deeply engrossed in the world of culture, technology, materialism, social media, and entertainment. Technological progress is not inherently bad, and I am not suggesting that we abandon these advancements to return to caves and meditate on empty stomachs. Yet, our highly developed minds, capable of creating vast and complex inner worlds, have deceived us.

We have distanced ourselves from nature, losing the innate sensitivity that allows us to fully perceive the EI world. One could argue that our imagination’s power, and the thoughts it produces, have become stronger than the EI dimension of the world. We are like hikers who bring a bluetooth speaker into the forest and miss the sounds of nature, risking death by thirst just steps away from a spring.

Each of us has experienced moments when we intuitively felt that something bad was about to happen but did nothing, only to find ourselves in an undesirable situation. Why? Because when we receive an intuitive signal, we validate it with rational thought. This mental modeling, with its greater intensity, overpowers the initial useful signal. We might feel, “I shouldn’t do this,” but as we rationalize, we see no reason not to. The “good to proceed” signal created by our brain becomes louder and more convincing than the “don’t do it” signal from the outside world, and we end up regretting not following our intuition.

Some people have a natural ability to perceive the biofield—the simplest aspect of the EI world. They can use this ability to heal, diagnose, and gather information. However, most people are not so fortunate. From birth, children learn from their elders, who often ignore their finer senses. These children, stop acknowledging these subtle feelings and focus solely on the material world. The innate natural sensitivity is lost. Because people do not understand the EI side of the world, they make mistakes. By straying from our true nature, we navigate life using definitions imposed by language and culture, as if following a map on our phones without looking at our surroundings. As a result, we fall into pits or crash into walls of the EI world that are not marked on that map. This often leads to a life of disappointment, illness, relationship problems, bad luck, and career failures. We start blaming fate, karma, or other forces, even though many of these problems could have been avoided.

These problems arise because we are not using our natural sensitivity. We act as if we are blind to the EI side of the world and struggle to achieve our goals in this dimension of reality.

This is humanity’s first major problem, but it is solvable. Human evolution is guiding us toward this solution. As we built our civilization, we took a detour from the general direction of our development as EI beings. Sooner or later, our true nature will re-emerge. It is no coincidence that more and more people are discovering their innate ability to engage with the EI world. More schools and centers are emerging, offering tools and techniques for interacting with this dimension. This trend reflects the necessity for humanity to reach the next stage of evolution. The need to evolve arises when a species fully occupies its ecological niche. Humanity has reached this point. To fully populate our world, we do not need to live in close quarters. It is enough to know that the land we inhabit belongs to someone. There is no habitable place on Earth that is unclaimed. The niche is full.

Another factor driving evolution is resource depletion, which triggers competition within a species. This is also evident: inflation, declining food quality and quantity are on the rise. Even in more developed countries, it is becoming increasingly difficult to secure basic necessities.

In this context, individuals seek to realize themselves in ways previously unknown to them. They seek abilities that will give them an advantage over others. As part of this evolutionary process, a segment of the species will leave the old ecological niche and enter a new one. This has happened before when marine creatures started inhabiting land, and later when primates learned to use tools and advanced to the next evolutionary stage. Initially, when we move to a new stage, we continue doing the same things as before, but with new methods. Eventually, these new methods enable us to create something entirely new. This evolution occurs in the most intuitive manner. In our case, it is Energy-Informational development, based on the abilities nature has endowed us with.

We do not have to wait for this evolution to happen to us. We can take proactive steps to begin this process right now. Through a few simple exercises, a person can regain their energy-information sensitivity. After a few hours of training, we can see our energy projection (commonly known as the aura) and feel it (commonly referred to as the subtle body). With our eyes closed, we can locate a piece of paper on a table left by someone else, simply by moving our hand above it. We gain the ability to control our natural source of energy—central energy flows (commonly know as chi or prana). Strengthening these flows has a similar effect on our minds and bodies as upgrading a computer’s processor and RAM. We also learn to diagnose and remove pathological energy flows within ourselves, actively manage our energy levels, reduce pain sensitivity, accelerate recovery, detect when our energy is being drained by others, and much more.

But these methods alone will not solve the second problem that our ignorance of the Energy-Informational realm has created.

Challenge #2

The second challenge is more profound than just not sensing this realm. Humanity has forgotten the EI side of the world, but that side has not forgotten humanity. Neglected and uncontrolled forces can cause significant problems, much like a Japanese legend of a man who refused to groom his beard. Even when it has grown very long, became mouldy and infested with mice, he wouldn’t give up. Finally, it became so overgrown that a bear came out of it, and killed the man.

A similar situation exists with humanity and the energy-informational world. We have inadvertently created elements of collective unconscious that have gained power and begun to influence the population. Different terms are used to describe this phenomenon by different scientists. A popular historian Yuval Harari refers to it as information networks. Richard Dawkins calls those entities memes. Carl Jung has coined the term collective unconscious. Another popular term that comes from biology is hive mind. The oldest term that describes this group dynamic is egregore, which is what we will use in this guide. These egregores are essentially the collective thoughts of the masses.

It is crucial to remember that as energy-information beings, we interact with the world primarily through energy and information. Even though we do not consciously sense the EI world, our thoughts and actions still shape it, forming patterns that reflect back on us. These thoughts, once externalized, take on a life of their own, influencing us on an unconscious level. An idea, once shared by a group, can separate itself from the group and begin to control it, becoming self-sustaining. This is the foundation of group psychology, where myths, superstitions, or social ideologies take hold.

Consider the example of Nazi propaganda, where a lie repeated often enough becomes accepted as truth. Even those who knew the truth began to doubt themselves, and those who were unsure became believers. No amount of rational argument could counter this effect.

This process happens because we become unconsciously influenced by an energy-informational entity that we have created ourselves. Even though we are sure that what we’ve just heard is a lie, we heard it as if it wasn’t a lie. We would model a situation where this lie is the truth to compare it with the actual truth. This modeling stage contains a trap. We’ve just thought of a lie as if it were the truth. Now the actual truth partially becomes a lie, just a bit. We are now slightly less convinced of what we consider to be true. Over time, this influence becomes stronger, and what was once a lie becomes accepted as truth. The idea separates itself from the rational minds that conceived it and continues to live on in the EI realm, guiding people with its irrational force. Egregores direct those thoughts to ensure their own survival.

As previously mentioned, the next evolutionary leap for our species is inevitable, and its nature will be energy-informational. However, to overcome the barrier of egregores and evolve, we must develop strategies to shield ourselves from their influence.

Understanding the nature of egregores and the EI world is not enough. The influence of egregores is pervasive, and it is difficult for the mind to distinguish between its own thoughts and those dictated by egregores. The mind cannot be constantly vigilant.

But there is a way. In our practice, we refer to it as ‘the shell’.

The shell is a special psycho-energetic configuration that passively resides in our mind, blocking any influence that bypasses our consciousness before that influence has a chance to manifest in our mind. In essence, the shell is a reflex that locks our energy onto itself, creating a feedback loop that filters out any thoughts that are not initiated by us.

Once the shell is successfully integrated, we find that people, situations, and thoughts that once stressed us or triggered unwanted emotions or actions no longer have the same effect. It’s as if they are put on ‘mute’, losing their hold over us. Over time, the distinction between life before and after the shell becomes clear, making it difficult to imagine how we ever survived without it.

By developing our energy-information sensitivity, strengthening our energy and shielding ourselves from the pervasive influence of egregores, we can reclaim our autonomy, align with our true nature, and navigate life with greater clarity and purpose. As we face the challenges of the modern age, these tools will enable us to thrive, ensuring that we remain not only intelligent beings but also deeply connected to the energy-information reality that shapes our existence.
